IDL Technology Group was founded in 1997 by the current CEO and MD. It is a leading-edge
technology company supplying electronic customer retention and payment terminal
solutions to retailers and businesses throughout the UK.
IDL was the first company to launch customer loyalty, discount and voucher redemption
applications on an electronic payment terminal.
Based just outside in Harrow , IDL is an entrepreneurial and progressive organisation.
IDL is committed to continually developing revolutionary electronic Point of Sale
customer retention and payment solution technology innovations.
Retailers use IDL’s EFTPoS technology and customer loyalty and retention applications
to improve their marketing program and increase sales revenues and improve customer

IDL has ambitious growth plans and has recently secured venture capital funding
to support this strategic objective.
IDL has invested many man-years in development effort to create function rich software
applications for EFT terminal-based Loyalty, Gift Card and Wholesale. These products

Electronic and Secure Coupon and Voucher Redemptions, as well as our latest unique
first ever Wholesale application.

Our host supports transactions from multiple BIN ranges therefore enabling us
process Loyalty, Gift & Pre-Paid Cards from any card schemes. Transactions can be
processed from any Point-Of-Sale (POS) equipment including thirdparty owned hardware.

Neeta Dhorajiwala
Chief Executive Officer, Co. Founder, Instant Discounts
Limited
Neeta has been involved with IDL from conception including the designing
of the technology R & D the product. Her background is business development and
marketing for a large American organisation (W.R. Grace limited) and over the years
has gained a wealth of knowledge within the transaction processing industry and
in POS units. She has taken part in the implementation not only of the transaction
host but all administrative procedures. Neeta has implemented ISO 9001 accreditation
from start to finish for her previous company and is in the process of gaining the
same for IDL. IDL prides itself for being able to implement technology based applications.
Kaushik Hindocha
MD, Co. Founder, Instant Discounts Limited
Kaushik has been involved with the company from day one and has also contributed
to the overall design and implementation of the IDL products. His knowledge of the
retail environment and successful background in the retail industry has enabled
him to understand the needs of the independent retailers. He possesses strong managerial
skills enabling him to take control of the day to day running of the company and
fulfilling his duties as the Managing Director.
Stephan Gagnon, CA MSc Fin
Non Executive Director, Instant Discounts Limited
Stephan is the founder of London based specialist investment house Stargate Capital
Investment Group where his day-to-day role includes acting as venture capital
fund manager and corporate financier. He is a board Director of Stargate
Capital Management Ltd (an FSA regulated fund management company),
Stargate Corporate Finance Ltd (an FSA regulated corporate finance house),
Green Gold Forestry Limited (a sustainable forestry assets management firm)
and African Emerging Ventures Ltd (a firm focusing on technology transfer
investment opportunities in Sub-Saharan Africa). Stephan is a fund manager
on the Trapezia and the Catalyst Stargate Funds.
Chris Jacobs
Non Executive Director, Instant Discounts Limited
Chris Jacobs is the lead consultant specialising in customer loyalty programmes.
He has worked in systems for over 35 years, the last 15 of which have been exclusively
in consumer-focused marketing applications. He has been personally involved in the
design and implementation of over 50 loyalty schemes. He knows what works in customer
loyalty, and what doesn't. He is familiar with most of the loyalty solutions that
are available and can offer practical advice on their strengths and weaknesses.
