Nationwide Field Sales Representatives
Description: Reports to Sales Manager Normal hours of work Monday - Friday Salary range £18k Basic £40-50k OTE (bonus element uncapped) Car Allowance IDL merchant services are a rapidly expanding, independent organisation who are experts in electronic payment solutions Loyalty card solutions and Gift/Prepay. Tele Sales Consultants
Description: Job Purpose To provide qualified sales leads and to support field sales to achieve company targets. Main Duties • Undertake outbound telephone calls to a targeted clientele to generate potential business. • To achieve all sales and activity levels as set out by the company • Book a minimum of 30 qualified appointments for the field sales team each week. • Maintain all diary items to the approved service levels to ensure that all business opportunities are realised. • Maintain accurate database records. • Complete all associated administration to a satisfactory standard. • Maintain solid relationships with all relevant personnel, head office staff, field sales etc. • Suggest and implement improvements to working practices and procedures • Carry out any other duties as may be required as directed by your line manager Essential Skills and Attributes • A pro-active individual who can demonstrate previous success in sales • Focus driven with strong ability to consistently achieve targets • Team player with clear focus on customer service, quality and accuracy • Tolerant and empathic communicator with excellent telephone manner • Takes ownership of queries, problems and projects and manages to resolution • Able to manage own workload and work unsupervised if necessary • PC Literacy - use of in-house systems and MS Office applications Communication The post holder will have regular communication with the following people: Internal • Telesales Manager. • Head Office Administrators • Field sales personnel • Directors External • Existing and potential customers
